These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MatchPaw (the "App"). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchPaw. By creating an account you represent and warrant that:
To use MatchPaw you must create an account with a valid email address, verify that address, accept our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, provide accurate information, and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to engage in the following behaviors on MatchPaw:
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant MatchPaw a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and for service operation purposes.
All MatchPaw branding, logos, designs, and features are the property of MatchPaw and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
MatchPaw reserves the right to review, monitor, and moderate content; remove content that violates these Terms; suspend or terminate accounts for violations; and report illegal activity to authorities as required.
The following content is strictly prohibited on MatchPaw:
Your use of MatchPaw is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, illegal activity, fraudulent behavior, or to protect our community. You may delete your account at any time via App settings.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of user content, or security against unauthorized access. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchPaw and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MatchPaw and its personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
MatchPaw may offer premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. By purchasing you agree to pay applicable fees and comply with refund and cancellation policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
MatchPaw may integrate third-party services (e.g., maps, payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to the third parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices or content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first at info@matchpaw.us so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and MatchPaw regarding the App.

MatchPaw puede ofrecer características premium, suscripciones o compras dentro de la aplicación. Al comprar, acepta pagar las tarifas aplicables y cumplir con las políticas de reembolso y cancelación. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que se cancelen antes de la fecha de renovación.
